The Chris Huskilson Emera Scholarship The Chris Huskilson Emera Scholarship is valued at $40,000 over 4 years. It will be awarded to an Atlantic Canadian student attending an Atlantic Canadian university in the areas of science, technology, engineering, entrepreneurship or mathematics. Cheer The Avon View cheer team traveled to Cape Breton over the weekend to compete at provincials. The 11th annual regional champs rounded off a dominating season with a zero deduction run that scored higher than any other team competing in their division. Congratulations to all on an amazing season.

Boy's Rugby- B. Ross The boys had a successful trip to Dartmouth over the weekend to play in The LockView Icebreaker! The boys played in a very strong division, featuring CPA, Sir John A, Horton, and Northumberland. Each game we played was better than the last. Also, the Boys "B" side has a game today at 4pm at KES.
