Student Registration Information for 2015/16
Course changes are available by appointment only prior to school beginning on September 3rd, 2015. There are a limited number of appointments available. Course changes are limited as many classes are already full. Course changes are only made when absolutely necessary. Changes are not made to accommodate a student’s choice of teacher or classmates. Priority will be given to grade 12s and to those students whose requests are necessary to meet Nova Scotia graduation requirements. Students wishing to return in September as a Returning Graduate are requested to contact the school office not before September 10, 2015.
Students are to call the school (798-6622) beginning on Tuesday, August 25th to arrange for an appointment later in the week. Please note the dates for specific grade levels below. Course changes will also be available once school commences on September 3rd, 2015.
Wednesday, August 26th- Grade 12 course changes and new student registrations
Thursday, August 27th - Grade 12 course changes and new student registrations
Friday, August 28th - Grades 11 and 12 course changes and new student registrations (morning only). International students (afternoon)
Monday, August 31st - Grades 10, 11, and 12 course changes and new student registration
First day of school for students is September 3rd, 2015.

Transcripts and Record of Marks
The Avon View High School office is open until July 8th then closes until August 25th, 2015. Transcripts for graduates and records of marks for non-graduating students who attended Avon View High School and Windsor Regional High School will be processed throughout the summer. Students who attended the West Hants Rural High School must contact the West Hants Middle School. When requesting a transcript or record of marks, please include your full name (at the time you attended school) the year you need marks for and whether it is a record of marks or transcript that you require.
