    PARENT / TEACHER MEETINGS

    November 6th from 7:00 -9:00 pm or November 7th from 1:00-3:30 pm. Appointment times can be made through the main office.

    Main Office

    Any student that is returning their parent/teacher form, please bring it to the main office and not to your teacher.

     

    Crokinole

    Crokinole club will be held today at noon in room 214.

     

    GSA

    There will be a GSA meeting today in Ms. MacKenzie's room 217.  All are welcome!

     

    Youth Health

    Come to a pizza and ice cream cake on Monday the 27th of October- Hants Community Youth Ambassadors are doing a small amount of work in town removing trash that is carelessly tossed, that affects  wildlife and changes the way people think of our town.  We will be picking up trash thrown around the exit ramp, Timmies, Superstore and MacDonalds.  We will meet after school on Monday at Exhibition park lot and move from there.  Gloves, bags and vests will be provided.  We plan to return to the community centre for a celebration dinner and welcoming new members.  Contact YHC for more information on Monday.

     

    Student Services

    There will be a leadership meeting today at 12:30 in room 208. New members always welcome! See you there!

     

    The Nova Scotia International Student Program brings you an exciting opportunity to learn
    a new language and develop your leadership skills in an international setting.  You will
    experience the fun of traveling abroad and living with a Mexican family.  The program is
    open to all Grade 11 students. Applications may be pick up at Student Services.

     

    Student Council

    Ms. Chance will be selling student price cards in her room 204, this week! It is the last chance to get amazing deals at a lot of popular stores. In two uses it normally pays for itself! Get yours now.
     

    Sports

    Hey hockey fans!   The AV boys play their home opener this Saturday night at 6:45 at Exhibition Arena.  It’s the best show in town!

    Cross country practice will be inside today.
